Certified quality procedures
Consistently high quality is one of the fundamental prerequisites for long-term business relationships. This begins with the starting material. Therefore, we purchase this exclusively from certified supplier plants. For many years, SCHELLEN & FLACK GmbH has had a quality and environmental management system that meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001. The quality of our pipes is ensured by statistical process control (SPC). Continuous incoming goods, production and outgoing goods inspections enable a consistently high level of quality.
Continuous improvement
A continuous improvement of our quality and environmental management is essential for us as well as for our demanding customers. It is therefore our endeavor to further intensify our quality in order to continue to receive flawless deliveries from our suppliers as well as to our customers in the future. Our quality management is carried out with the help of a CAQ system, which also enables subsequent evaluations through permanent archiving. A complete traceability is always given. Upon customer request, all measurement results are made available with each delivery. Initial sample inspection reports according to VDA and PPAP (incl. IMDS entries) are a matter of course for us. In addition, customer audits are possible at any time by prior arrangement.
