Galvanizing

In addition to many different processes for galvanizing, we also offer hot-dip galvanizing as well as electrogalvanizing, among others, thus guaranteeing you ideal all-round protection for your steel parts.

Chrome plating

Chromium plating is a very frequently requested and used coating process for steel pipes. While chrome-plated tubes are very vivid, the coating is very resistant and convinces with abrasion and wear resistance.

Nickel plating

Nickel plating is also both decorative and extremely effective against corrosion. It can be applied either as a layer combination of nickel and copper or as a single layer.

Phosphating

We also offer several different processes for phosphating - one of them is zinc phosphating. Phosphating is often used for a limited time to protect the pipes during transport and delivery.

Varnish

Cathodic dip coating, also called KTL coating, is used for the result of an extremely smooth and glossy surface. In addition to the excellent, optical result, the coating is also scratch and impact resistant.

Powder coating

An environmentally friendly and very fast surface treatment is powder coating. In addition to the enormous advantage of the RAL color variety, subsequent processing of the material is also possible without damage to the surface.
