📌 What are your tasks at Schellen & Flack?
A very large and important part of my job as production manager is the daily order planning of our existing machinery and the associated timely delivery to our customers. 🏭 👨🏼💻
In addition, I look after the employees in production, have conversations and ask them how you are doing, where the shoe might be pinching, what is going well or badly and how I can support my colleagues in their daily work. 📇🧍🏼🧍🏻♂️I coordinate staff deployment and see that production and processes run smoothly.
